NOMINATION FOR KNIGHTHOOD

Only Knights, Dames or Nobles of The Royal Order are able to present through the Grand Prior of your jurisdiction a Nomination for Knight-, or Dame-hood to the Royal House of Cappadocia for consideration, which may or may not been granted. When granted, the Grand Priory will invite the Nominee to the next Investiture Event.

MEMBERSHIP IN THE ROYAL ORDER OF SAINT CONSTANTINE THE GREAT AND SAINT HELEN

THE FIRST STEP -   Any person interested in Chivalry, Royal Orders, and Royal Houses (ages 18 and above) with a good, reputable record and honorable character can apply for membership as a non-voting Member “BENEFACTOR” of the MONARCHICAL CHAPTER of The Royal Order of Saint Constantine the Great and Saint Helen Foundation. Within 48 hours of receipt of the completed application, a member of the welcome committee of a Grand Priory of the Royal Order responsible for your jurisdiction will contact you. 

  1. BENEFACTOR:  Benefactors of the Monarchical Chapter receive a Membership Certificate and a beautiful Jewel. You will be introduced via Social Media to our Members, Knights, Dames/Ladies and Nobles, you will be listed in the Membership Directory, you will be invited to participate in programs and events both virtual and in person, you will learn about the rich heritage of the Sovereign and Royal House of Cappadocia, its Principality, and its three Orders of Chivalry. You will be invited to participate in our Charity, the “Royal Homes for Women and Children” who are disadvantaged, abused in need for temporary medical, physical, psychological, and spiritual assistance. To become a Benefactor is a requisite step in attaining knight-, damehood and voting membership in The Royal Order of Saint Constantine the Great and Saint Helen.
  2. KNIGHT ("Sir)A gentleman who was nominated, approved by the Sovereign and Royal House of Cappadocia and knighted by the Prince Grand Master or his duly appointed Deputy Grand Master, in time honored tradition by the sword a Knight.  Who has paid the required a) Passage Fees (donation), and  b) Annual Dues.                                                                                                                          Advanced Grades are:  Member of the Royal Court, Knight Commander, Knight Grand Cross, and Knight Grand Cross with Plaque.
  3. DAME ("Lady"): A woman who was nominated, approved by the Sovereign and Royal House of Cappadocia, and dubbed by the Prince Grand Master or his duly appointed Deputy Grand Master with a scepter a Dame.  Who has paid the required a) Passage Fees(donation); and b) Annual Dues.  Advanced Grades are:  Member of the Royal Court, Dame Commander, Dame Grand Cross and Dame Grand Cross with Plaque.
  4. NOBLE:  A gentleman or woman, who  by Merit (or Birth has been) bestowed by the Sovereign and Royal House of Cappadocia with a Noble Title of Baron or Baroness; Viscount or Viscountess, Earl/Count or Countess, Marquess or Marchioness; Duke or Duchess; Prince or Princess, who was nominated and dubbed, and who has paid the required a) Passage Fee (Donation); b) Annual Dues
  5. SQUIRE:  A young gentleman(ages 12 - 18), with one parent being a member of the Royal Order, who was nominated, approved, and who desires to contribute time and  talent  to the Royal Order in support of its Charity, whose application to join was granted; and who has paid the required Annual Dues.
  6. LADY-IN-WAITING:  A  young woman (ages 12 - 18), with one parent being a member of the Royal Order,  who was nominated, approved, and who desires to contribute time and  talent to the Royal Order in support of its Charity, whose application to join was granted; and who has paid the required Annual Dues.



The Royal House, its Chivalric Orders and affiliated Priories shall not discriminate against any

Nominee or Member  on the basis of race, age, sex, religion or handicap.
