SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance

Program Description:

The Royal Order of Constantine the Great and Saint Helen (My Royal Order) provides an SMS messaging program for members, prospective members, event registrants, and individuals who have explicitly opted in to receive text communications from our organization through our website at https://myroyalorder.org/ or authorized registration forms.

Our SMS messaging program may include:

• Membership application confirmations and status updates
• Membership renewal reminders and account notifications
• Royal Order Chapter meeting announcements, confirmations, and reminders
• Event and webinar registration confirmations, reminders, and scheduling updates
• Royal Mastermind Academy session reminders and updates
• Member support messages and responses to inquiries
• Important organizational announcements and service-related notifications

Promotional messages, including invitations to membership programs, events, or other organizational offerings, will only be sent to individuals who have separately provided the appropriate marketing consent.

SMS Opt-In & Consent:

By voluntarily opting into our SMS messaging program, you expressly agree to receive text messages from The Royal Order of Constantine the Great and Saint Helen at the mobile phone number you provide.

• SMS consent is obtained through a dedicated, unchecked consent checkbox on our website, membership registration forms, event registration forms, or other approved methods of obtaining express consent.
• Providing your telephone number alone does not automatically enroll you in our SMS messaging program.
• Consent to receive SMS messages is optional and is not a condition of purchasing a membership, registering for an event, making a donation, or receiving services from our organization.
• Consent for transactional or informational SMS messages is collected separately from consent for promotional or marketing SMS messages.
• Your SMS consent applies only to the messaging program for which you have opted in and is not automatically transferred to other programs.

Cancellation Instructions:

To cancel SMS notifications, reply “STOP” to any text message received from The Royal Order of Constantine the Great and Saint Helen.

You will receive a confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out request. Following your request, you will no longer receive messages from the applicable SMS program unless you explicitly opt in again.

To rejoin our SMS messaging program, you may complete the SMS opt-in process again through our website or an authorized registration form.

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier and wireless service plan.

Message frequency varies depending on your membership activities, event registrations, meeting participation, and communication preferences.

You may receive recurring messages related to the services and programs for which you have opted in.

The Royal Order of Constantine the Great and Saint Helen does not charge an additional fee for receiving its SMS communications. However, standard charges from your mobile carrier may apply.

Supported Carriers:

Our SMS program is compatible with major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most regional carriers.

SMS availability and delivery may vary depending on your carrier, geographical location, and mobile device.

Age Restriction:

Participants in our SMS messaging program must be 18 years of age or older.
